This type of equipment is specially designed to make solid granulates from liquid chemical raw material. It is consist of filter system, distributing system, cooling system, packing system, etc.
Working principle:
Spread the hot-melt material on the lower steel belt that moves at a constant speed through the distributing device.Continuous spray and cooling devices are set under the steel belt. The material on the steel belt is cooled and solidified rapidly while moving together with the belt. According to physical properties and operating requirements, the distributing device can produce hemispherical, strip and sheet products in the forms of intermittent dropping, continuous strip and full-width overflow.
According to physical properties, process and layout demands, double-layer or multiple-layer steel belts can be adopted in the fragmentation process of condensing flakes or the cooling process of pastry and ball-shape materials, so as to reduce equipment footprint and further improve the cooling and heat transfer efficiency.

● Transfer heat with a thin steel belt and forced spray cooling are adopted to make the hot-melt materials cool, solidify and shape up rapidly.

● Both the steel belt and the distributor adopt VVVF, so they can be adjusted and controlled conveniently according to the production capacity, environmental conditions and physical properties.

Material filtration system
Material filtration system consist of one or two sets of basket type strainer. The strainer casing adopts double-layer jackets. The jacket can access heat steam or oil to prevent the raw materials to be solidificated. All the pipe and valves linked to the strainer are also jacket type.
Distributing system
It consist of one set of distributor and driven device.
It's function is to divide the molten material into droplets and spread to the stainless steel belt.
It is driven by the motor with inverter. So the rotating speed can be adjusted very easily.
Cooling system
Cooling system consist of water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe, water sink, water spray nozzles ,etc.
The cooling water is sprayed to the back of the stainless belt through large amount of nozzles.By this way, the molten material on the stainless belt is coolled to solid granulates.
